Ready to make an impact? Join us in redefining the world through innovation! We are offering a Grad Co-op opportunity starting in March 2025 . As a Grad Co-op, you will be able to apply coursework concepts to real-world situations working alongside professional & expert colleagues while also gaining hands-on experience and advancing your skills.
You will become a part of the Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Department, collaborating with cross-functional teams and working on meaningful projects and initiatives within the manufacturing industry, contributing to the team’s success while developing your own potential.
Work, facilitate and support the Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics programs for site compliance with applicable regulations.
Assistance in gathering information and preparation of Industrial Hygiene documents and reports.
Support projects related to Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics requirements and expectations, as assigned.
Participation in Industrial Hygiene and ERGO investigations, CAPA’s generation and follow-up tracking; support and participation in field inspections to ensure Industrial Hygiene and ERGO programs compliance; assistance in preparation and tracking of metrics.
Actively learn through on-the-job training to empower you to gain practical experience, develop new skills, and apply knowledge in real-world settings.
Other tasks may be assigned to align with business needs.

Basic Qualifications
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry).
Currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree program at an accredited college or university with a minimum 3.00 GPA.
Have completed at least 1 year in Master’s Degree in Industrial Hygiene.
Must be enrolled in a Master’s program internship or co-op class.
Preferred Qualifications
Flexibility to participate in the program for 1 year.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Strong teamwork orientation, organizational skills, and basic project management knowledge, ensuring completion and follow-up.
Engagement in extracurricular activities or leadership roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel), along with strong technical writing abilities.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to meet key milestones and deliver high-quality results.
