Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. During this program, you will be able to defy your imagination with several responsibilities which will enable you to grow while you serve patients.

With the support of their hiring manager, the intern will conduct several searches and develop a strategic analysis and recommendation that may result in a meaningful change to the business. Using their analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills, the intern will work cross-functionally to clarify a problem, measure the current state and develop recommendations. The intern will be also responsible for the following:

  • Provide scientifically based, consistent and accurate medical information responses to unsolicited medical questions from internal business partners and external customers for Amgen products.

  • Obtain the copyrights of related publications while meeting medical information requests.

  • Create a response database according to incoming medical information requests to manage frequently asked questions.

  • Prepare reports on incoming medical information requests and share frequently asked questions about products with brand teams.

  • Route adverse events reported during medical information request to Pharmacovigilance Department in a timely manner.

  • 4th grade or final year student in Pharmacy.

  • Experience with entering data into databases, performing medical literature searches and evaluation of the medical literature

  • Flexibility in order to meet customer needs

  • Demonstrate problem solving and strategic thinking

  • Advanced written and verbal English skills

  • Effective telephone communication and computer skills

  • The universities are required to cover the insurance of the internship

  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications
