What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. We are seeking a postdoctoral fellow with previous training in immunology and biochemistry to help develop the next generation of screening tools to identify and quantify the presence of immunogenic sequences, motifs, and structures in candidate therapeutic molecules by leveraging multiple different emerging technology streams. These platforms would then be used to aid in the development of biologic therapies by facilitating the selection or design of therapeutic candidates with reduced immunogenic liabilities. In this vital role you will develop, assess, and integrate new technologies to identify T and B cell epitopes in therapeutic proteins of interest.
Lead an effort to develop and implement new B and T cell epitope determination tools and screening platforms.
Perform various immune assays utilizing primary human cells to validate experimental data.
Critically analyze and interpret data.
Explore opportunities to develop and/or deploy relevant machine learning models.
Prospect the research space to identify additional emerging technologies.
The postdoctoral fellow will receive personalized training in relevant areas of immunology, biochemistry or peptidomics as required
